REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: I know that you are absolutely going to LOVE this group. But if you decide it's not a good fit or if you don't have the time to commit to doing the work each week, then there are no hard feelings! I’ll always be cheering you on. :) Because of the nature of a membership, we do not offer any refunds, no exceptions. But you can feel free to cancel your subscription 72 hours or more before renewal for the next pay period.

PAYMENTS: You are responsible for the renewal of your membership. Renewals occur automatically based on when you joined and you will be billed based on the plan that you chose when you joined. If you want to upgrade to a different plan – i.e. join at the 6- or 12-month rates – you can do that at any time by sending an email to caroline@carolinevencil.com. Payments are made automatically and are deducted automatically. No notices will be distributed about payments due. You are responsible for your own payment information and date of payment and/or cancellation.

PRICE LOCK-IN FORFEITURE: Your price lock-in at your current rate will only apply for 7 days after non-payment. Once the 7 days are up, you forfeit your right to claim that price again. You will now have to pay to rejoin at the current pricing – whatever that may be.

IN THE EVENT OF NON-PAYMENT OR LAPSED PAYMENT: If your payment doesn't get made, 2 additional attempts will be made to collect payment over the period of 7 days. After 7 days of non-payment, your account will be canceled and your member price will be forfeited along with immediate removal from all materials in Teachable, Facebook, as well as other Creative Entrepreneur related membership materials including but not limited to: Slack, Zoom, Trello, Canva, Leadpages, Picmonkey, et. al.

EXPULSION FROM THE GROUP: We – Caroline, & Team CV – reserve the right to remove you from the group at any time. This will result in a cancelation of your membership and forfeiting your price.
